Nigerian dancehall artiste, Damini ”Burna Boy” Ogulu has released a new track which he dedicated to the victims of the shooting at Lekki toll gate on October 20, 2020.
The track titled ”20 10 20” which dropped on Thursday October 29, echoes the heartbreak and tears of young Nigerians around the world in the aftermath of the shooting of peaceful #EndSARS protesters by men of the Nigerian army in Lekki, Lagos state.
Speaking on the incident, Burna tweeted; “It’s hard to put into words how I feel about that fateful day, now known as “Black Tuesday.”
“I still can’t believe the Nigerian government instructed the Nigerian Army to shoot at peaceful protesters in the heart of Lagos. At the very center of the #EndSARS protests.
“One thing certain: We will never forget.”
