FG RELEASES ADMISSIONS INTO SCHOOLS

The Ministry of Education has announced the release of Admissions into Unity colleges Nationwide.

Barely three days after the reciept of the results of the National Common Entrance Examination for admission into the countrys 110 unity colleges, the Federal ministry of Education has released the first batch of merit based admission into unity colleges in line with the directive of the Education minister , Adamu Adamu.

Receiving the results of the 2020/21 National common Entrance from the Chief examiner, the Registrar of the National Examinations Council (NECO), Professor Godswill obioma, the minister directed that within 72hours of the reciept of all results, Principals are to complete both the merit based 60 percent and 30 percent equality of states Admissions.

The results were transmitted on Wednesday, 18th November, 2020 by the Basic and secondary education department of the ministry, which is saddled with the responsibility.

Within the stipulated time frame, both the merit based and equality of states admission are now ready.

Candidates are advised to check the the admission list which will be posted on the Website of the ministry on Monday the 23rd November, 2020.

Admission letters will be available for collection at the UNITY college on the 24th November, 2020.
