The directorate of academic affairs released in the wee hours of today information about the 2019/2021 matriculation ceremony.
According to the released statement, the ceremony will take place on the 5th of May, 2021.
There will be two batches with specified time frame for various departments.
Batch A ( 9:30 – 11:30) for the department of Health Sciences will take place at Moot Court
Batch B ( 12:50 – 2:00pm)
For the department of Pharmacy will take place at Moot Court
Batch A ( 9:30 – 11:30) for the department of Science and Social Sciences will take place at Amphitheatre
Batch B ( 12:50 – 2:00pm) for the department of Arts and Administration will take place at Amphitheatre
Batch A ( 9:30 – 11:30)
For the department of Technology will take place at Oduduwa
Batch B ( 12:50 – 2:00pm)
Department of Agriculture will take place at Oduduwa
Batch A ( 9:30 – 11:30)
For the department of Education- Science will take place at Chemical / FST Engineering
Batch B ( 12:50 – 2:00pm) for the department of (ARC / ESM/ URP) will take place at EDM
Batch A ( 9:30 – 11:30) for the department of Education -Arts / Social Sciences will take place at African Centre of Excellence
Batch B ( 12:50 – 2:00pm) for the department of EDM (BLD, QTS, SVG).
It was further stated that students are to collect their matriculation gowns from their faculty offices from Monday 3rd of May, 2021.
Also, Deans, Heads of Department and Faculty Secretaries are expected to be seated by 9:30am with their students at the venues assigned to their faculties.
