Top 5 difficult OAU courses to get an A


Faced with this question, it tends to provoke a form of rejection from a typical O.A.U student. The reason is not far fetched considering the fact that O.A.U students are very religious and believe that with God and faith in oneself, you can achieve anything.
Every department have that particular course that students find difficult as no course is entirely easy. A high level of understanding and dedication is needed in every course but some are really bent on frustrating an individual. Bearing in mind that “one should never say never”, I will be listing in no particular order some OAU courses in which you might never get an A.

 


1 ZOOLOGY

Zoo for short is offered by students studying Pharmacy, Medicine, Zoology, Botany, Biology education etc. Like the name implies, its about the study of animals and things related to them. A lot of people fail this course as the marking guide is really strict.

2 MATHEMATICS

MTH for short is a course offered by the departments under the faculty of technology and science.This is a course dreaded by most people right from secondary school and it requires a lot of reasoning to scale through it.


3 ENGLISH

A course under the faculty of Art. Rumors has it that a lot of students repeat this course. Due to the fact that English is our second language, more effort is needed to succeed in this.


4 ECONOMICS

 ECN for short is a course under the Faculty of Social Sciences. ECN can be said to be a crazy course. The way exams are set can sap out life from anyone who didn’t prepare well.


5 CHEMISTRY

CHM as its fondly called is under the faculty of science. It involves loads of calculations as missing a step can lead to missing the “A” grade .

It is difficult to get an A in these courses listed above doesn’t mean it is entirely impossible.

There is light at the end of every tunnel. If we put in our very best, a good grade can be achieved.
